Between Air and Light (PL/EN)

Only one letter – the Hebrew letter YUD, distinguishes between air (AVIR, in Hebrew) and light (Or, ditto).  Where did this Yod come from,  and what does it mean? Is this ” the spirit of God hovered over the face of the waters”?  What is the air that” contains” the light?  How does the light create the air around itself?   

We will explain a bit about Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochay who “perceived the inner radiance of the letter yud”, the ineffable wisdom that preceded Creation in the thirty two Paths. We’ll talk a bit about the Yud, the primordial wisdom as the element that connects the dimension of space (air or AVIR) to the dimension of light (the soul or OR).  

We will learn, just in a nutshell about the Kabbalistic method of uniting them, and discovering within these elements the divine essence and at the same time the human content.
